Administration Assistant - 6 Month Temporary Contract

Based: Isle of Dogs

The key purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Business Support with the smooth running of the Business Support department by completing all tasks required.

Key responsibilities are:

·            Coordinating meetings

·            Taking and circulating minutes

·            Perform general administration duties including but not limited to scanning, mailing, printing and photocopying documents.

·            Provide regular updates on change requests and defects logged on Jira (following the relevant training)

·            Updating and maintaining operational procedure guides as instructed

·            Updating and maintaining training procedure guides as instructed

·            Communicating to the business system developments as instructed

·            System testing (if and when required by the business following the relevant training)

You will have good communication skills, have the ability to work under own initiative and under pressure at times, ability to organise and prioritise workload and to multi task.
