Network Support Analyst - based Isle of Dogs

As part of the IT department the role will be to support the Company’s IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities will be: • 2nd/3rd line helpdesk support. • PC/Server maintenance and builds. • Strong experience with: Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Backup technologies (ARCServe & ntbackup), Anti-Virus, WSUS, TCP/IP, LAN & WAN. A Microsoft certification or any IT related qualification is highly desirable.

Credit Hire Claims Adviser - based Isle of Dogs

The role will be to manage credit hire, credit repair damage claims within agreed quality and service standard. Key responsibilities are: • Manage own caseload of Third Party Credit Hire, Credit Repair and Damage Claims. • Monitor individual claims on a daily basis, controlling ongoing hire costs. • Intervene on individual claims, providing alternatives to credit hire and credit repair. You will have a good understanding of Credit Hire and Credit Repair, including ABI GTA Credit Hire regulations.

Administration Assistant - maternity cover - based Wakefield

We are looking for an Administration Assistant at our Wakefield office. Main areas of responsibility: • Liaise with Line Manager regarding the team’s requirements • Set up an effective filing system, and provide a timely service to the client • Set up manual files • Input data • Deal with adjustments and issue policy documents.

Fraud Officer - based Isle of Dogs

We are looking for a Fraud Officer to investigate and manage claims where fraud/financial crime is suspected. You will have a good understanding of claims technical knowledge/general insurance knowledge and a reasonable knowledge of motor underwriting procedures. You will also be interested in pursuing a CII qualification.
