Our central aim has been to improve the user experience, helping our customers quickly find the product, service or information they are looking for.
With this in mind we have launched five new product sections; motor trade insurance, taxi insurance, unusual insurance, fleet insurance and homefleet. Each features sub products, relevant documents and easy access to the quotation process. Our new document library gives users access to all of our documents, broken down by product type, including archive versions if they are still relevant.
Over the coming months we will be rolling out further enhancements to the Retail website, particularly focused on improving the way existing customers can interact with Tradex online.
