The particular dash cam model that we’re giving away is from Nextbase, and it won the Which? Best Buy award in July 2014. The competition will run from 00:00 BST on the 6th of August 2015 – 23:59 GMT on the 30th of October 2015.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter is: Tradex Insurance Company Limited whose registered office is at Victory House, 7 Selsdon Way, London E14 9GL.
2. Employees of Tradex Insurance Company Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Closing date and time for entry will be 30th of October 2015 at 23:59 GMT. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason or for any fault with the product awarded.
7. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Residents of nations outside of the United Kingdom will not be permitted to enter and any attempt to bypass IP restrictions will result in disqualification from the prize draw. Entrants are permitted one entry into the competition per entry route as outlined within the PromoSimple widget above. 8. One winner will be generated on the 2nd of November 2015 from all eligible entries received throughout the duration of the competition and will be announced no later than the 6th of November 2015.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13. The winner will be notified by email by the 6th of November 2015. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
